Thornbury started because low-cost investing is wonderfully simple and strangely intimidating on the first morning. Friends kept asking the same plain questions — which account, which fund, and how do I sign in safely? So we wrote the calm guide we wished we had, in plain words, with safety up front.

Everything here is written for someone who wants a straight, safe answer. We walk the basics and the sign-in in the order people meet them, and we say, every time, to start at the official site.
